
Mazkur maqola oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ilmiy-pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlashda mustaqil ta’limning roli va uning kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyatiga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot davomida talabalar o‘rtasida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnomalar, intervyular va kuzatuvlar asosida mustaqil ta’limning asosiy samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, mustaqil ta’lim shaxsiy mas’uliyatni oshirish, ijodiy fikrlashni rivojlantirish, vaqtdan samarali foydalanishni ta’minlash kabi ijobiy o‘zgarishlarga olib keladi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimidagi mavjud tajribalar xalqaro yondashuvlar bilan solishtirildi va mustaqil ta’limni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi. Shuningdek, mustaqil ta’limni samarali tashkil etish uchun raqamli vositalar va mentorlik dasturlarini joriy qilish zarurligi ta’kidlangan.
