EXERCÍCIOS DE FORTALECIMENTO NA FASE INICIAL APÓS RECONSTRUÇÃO DO LCA

Abstract

O joelho é responsável pelos movimentos de flexão e extensão, além de um restrito movimento de rotação, quando são realizados movimentos acima do limite fisiológico podem ocasionar lesões ligamentares, uma delas é a injúria do Ligamento Cruzado Anterior (LCA), acarretando instabilidade, diminuição da resistência e força muscular quando realizam à reconstrução do LCA. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender quais decisões devem ser tomadas para incluir exercícios de fortalecimento ainda no início do pós-operatório do LCA. A metodologia retrata a pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica integrativa nos bancos de dados SCIELO, Google Acadêmico e PUB MED, no intervalo de 2014 a 2024, sendo incluídos artigos em língua portuguesa e línguas estrangeiras que abordam a cirurgia com auto enxerto de flexores e exercícios de fortalecimento iniciados de 2 a 12 semanas no pós-operatório. Como resultados, temos que os exercícios com resistência excêntrica e concêntrica, MFSS, os exercícios de CCF, a estimulação elétrica neuromuscular sobreposta a exercícios funcionais, RFS associado aos exercícos resistidos de baixa carga, a FRT com cinta, descarga de peso imediata, exercícios neuromusculares, movimentos precoce restrito sem uso de aparelhos imobilizadores, exercícios de CCA usando o ângulo de proteção (90º a 45º) são fundamentais durante os períodos iniciais de reabilitação após a RLCA.
