Abstract

Nous cherchons à travers ce papier à examiner l’impact de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) et des applications ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) supportant la gestion de la chaîne logistique ou SCM (Supply Chain Management) chez les industries. L’optimisation de la SCM grâce à l’IA et à l’ERP est une énergie qui stimule la productivité, la compétitivité et l’agilité. L’ERP permet de centraliser un partage et un échange des données entre toutes les composantes de la chaine logistique (CL) autour d’une seule et unique base de données. Selon les éditeurs des solutions de gestion, Cette caractéristique appuyée par l'IA améliore la prise de décision et principalement la place sur le marché. A travers une intégration entre les outils IA et les ERP, l’objectif de l’optimisation de la SCM détermine une voie éclairée pour améliorer les calculs de la gestion des stocks, les valeurs exacts du besoin en production, les commandes prévisionnelles d’achat et de vente, la disponibilité des ressources humaines et matérielles.

Through this paper, we seek to examine the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and ERP applications supporting supply chain management (SCM) in industries. Optimizing SCM through AI and ERP is an energy that stimulates productivity, competitiveness and agility. ERP allows centralizing data sharing and exchange between all components of the supply chain around a single database. This feature supported by AI improves decision-making and mainly market positioning. Through an integration between AI tools and ERPs, the objective of SCM optimization determines an enlightened path to improve inventory management calculations, exact values of production needs, forecast purchase and sales orders, availability of human and material resources.
