Abstract

Das E.FACTORY LAB des OÖ Energiesparverbandes zielt darauf ab, in Schulen Interesse an der industriellen Energiewende zu wecken, um dem Mangel an Fachkräften in der Industrie und in der Forschung entgegenzutreten. Dazu werden mit alters- und zielgruppenspezifischen Informations- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten Schüler:innen motiviert, sich mit der Energiewende in der Industrie auseinanderzusetzen und diesen Bereich als ein künftiges Berufsfeld in Betracht zu ziehen. Das E.Factory Lab baut auf einer modularen Struktur mit interaktiven didaktischen Konzepten auf, die schrittweise als integrierter Teil des NEFI Innovationsprozesses umgesetzt werden. Dabei wird eine Software implementiert, die eine „Energiesystem Fabrik“ simuliert und anhand einer digitalen Fabrik mit didaktischen Begleitmaßnahmen mit Schüler:innen der 7. und 8. Schulstufe Verständnis für das Energiesystem Fabrik weckt.
