This is the very first release of our image processing pipeline "Immune topography". Briefly, immunostained histological slides of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in human tumors are analyzed. The aim is to cluster tumors according to the immune response. Please see our paper "Topography of cancer-associated immune cells" in eLife for more details. Please observer the readme and the LICENSE.
