DIFFICULTIES AND LIMITATIONS IN ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT IN VIETNAM

Abstract Administrative enforcement is a procedure for executing court judgments and decisions. However, compared to criminal or civil enforcement, administrative enforcement has specific characteristics that pose certain difficulties and obstacles for individuals and organizations responsible for implementing administrative judgments and decisions. Based on an analysis of the relevant regulations on administrative enforcement, this paper identifies the limitations and shortcomings and proposes solutions to improve the law on administrative enforcement.
