
This is the code to run the the decision support framework presented in Williams et al. 2024. optimisation_code.Rmd runs the framework, calling in the functions.R code, and the files in the preprocessing folder. All input data to run the framework is provided apart from the administrative cost data of processing past tenders cost tenders - which is available through the Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT) with an appropriate licensing agreement.
