Exploring Impact In The Digital Cultural Heritage Sector

Abstract

In 2017 Europeana launched the impact playbook – the starting point for organisations wanting to explore their impact. The first version of the playbook helps organisations to better understand their impact and we'll take a look at what that entails as well as some of the results we have already got so far using it.
