
This article is aimed at studying the issue of explaining national values in preschool education and the most important pedagogical approaches in this regard in the Uzbek press. In particular, the importance of the educational heritage left by our wise men, the founders of Uzbek folk pedagogy, Abdulla Avloni, Mahmudhoja Behbudiy and Munavvar qori, is analyzed. The principles of national and spiritual education formulated by Avloni, Behbudiy and Munavvar qori are indicated as the main source of the formation of national values in preschool children. This article also touches on the coverage of this topic in the press and the use of modern methods in conveying national values to children through it.
