
This article is devoted to the traditional characteristics of Uzbek wedding ceremonies, in particular, the expression of the roles of the bride and groom. The research analyzes the role of national traditions and customs in marriage ceremonies celebrated in different regions. In the institution of the family, the differences determined on the basis of the formation of the image of the bride and groom, spiritual values and moral views in the society are considered. This article also focuses on the values practiced in marriage ceremonies and their adaptation to modern society.
