The author’s research is focused on the field of fine arts research through the prism of structural analysis of TRIZ methods. This article is devoted to studying the possibilities of using the multi-story (multi-tier) layout method in an image. The main options for using this method are identified, an interpretation of images is proposed, and an analysis of the functions of shaping methods, their features, specificity, and resource capabilities is suggested. This method is organically integrated into modern visual language, enriching it both semantically and plastically. The article also briefly describes the process of teaching material regarding this method as part of the Visual Language Grammar course.
