As a result of the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, educational institutions had to adapt to the rules of social distance and apply remote or hybrid learning in previously face-to-face subjects. To conduct classes and activities with students, teachers used computational tools to support learning during this period, adapting classroom dynamics to the virtual context. The present work examines using a Simulated Management Interaction Environment (AIGS) during a business games discipline conducted remotely or in a hybrid way to offer students an interactive resource and support them during their learning. With the combination of SCRUM methodology and User-Centered Design (UCD), AIGS was created using a low-code solution, which makes it possible to develop applications and websites without the complexity of mastering multiple programming languages.
