"Tectonic control on great earthquake periodicity in south-central Chile" data.

Abstract

Dataset for the study "Tectonic control on great earthquake periodicity in south-central Chile". This include 4 different tabular files, which are listed below: OxCal models pdfs Probability density functions of the OxCal Bayesian Age Model for each ridge and interval. Figures 3 and 4 of the study. OxCal results Summary of the results of the OxCal Bayesian Age Model. Figures 3 and 4 of the study. Ages and intervals Mean ridge ages from OxCal bayesian age model with 1 SD uncertainties. Time interval between ridges and historical earthquakes. General and Stages average interval. CoV, burstiness, and memory coefficients. Figures 3 and 4 of the study. Ridge morphometry Values of length, distance to coast and shoreline change rates for individual ridges. Along-strike ridge tilt, linear regressions values with and without ridge-length weighting. Figures 2 and 3 of the study. GPR Data GPR profiles (in .dzt format) used in the study and shown in Figures S10 and S12-S14. DEM data (ISM2016.tif) Digital Elevation Model of the coastal plain of Isla Santa María used in the morphometric analysis of the study.
