Zachovanie autorských práv a sekundárne publikačné právo

Abstract

Prezentácia prináša aktuálne informácie o vývoji vo sfére autorského práva – od širšieho uhla pohľadu na vzťah medzi otvorenou vedou, základnými ľudskými právami a právami duševného vlastníctva cez prierez legislatívy na úrovni EÚ a SR až po špecifické nástroje, ako sú sekundárne publikačné práva a zachovanie práv (rights retention). Tieto nástroje môžu autori využiť, ak chcú publikovať výstupy svojej vedeckej práce v režime otvoreného prístupu. Okrem prezentácie je dostupný aj záznam z webinára.
