Perdita (Perditella) minima Cockerell, 1923 [Holotype: AMNH; ♀ Tempe, Arizona, USA; July 30, 1917] Perdita minima is the smallest bee species in the Americas. It is widely distributed in northern Mexico and southwestern USA and is a pollen specialist on Euphorbia L. in the family Euphorbiaceae (Fowler 2020). In the BPC, it has been reported in the Succulent Coastal Matorral (BC), the Magdalena Plains, and the Gulf Coast (BCS). We reviewed 12 specimens (10 ♂, 2 ♀; CASC). See fig. 62.
