Silicon time-resolved pump-probe spectroscopic ellipsometry data files

Abstract

Data available Transient pseudo dielectric function of silicon measured with atime-resolved pump-probe spectroscopic ellipsometry. Naming of the files In the .zip file that can be downloaded here, there are several folders. Each are named as Si_XXXnm_YYY_uJ where XXX is the pump wavelength and YYY is the energy of the pump. In each folder there are two files. diffpseudoepsilon1.txt- values of the real part of the transient pseudo dielectric function. diffpseudoepsilon2.txt- values of the real part of the transient pseudo dielectric function. Structure of the files Each file has the same structure: The first row an array time delays in picosecond for which measurements have been performed. In the rest of rows, the first element of the array are the photon energy, while the rest of the elements are the values of the transient dielectric function at each of the elements in the time delay array. Example: time delay t1 t2 t3 E1(eV) (E1, t1) (E1, t2) (E1, t3) E2(eV) (E2, t1) (E2, t2) (E2, t3) E3(eV) (E3, t1) (E3, t2) (E3, t3)
