Abstract

Résumé Dans un contexte de sensibilisation croissante aux enjeux environnementaux et au développement durable, les entreprises se trouvent de plus en plus confrontées à la nécessité d'intégrer ces dimensions dans leurs stratégies de gestion. Cet article explore l'impact de l'éducation environnementale et du développement durable sur l'amélioration de la qualité de service. La question centrale de cette étude est de comprendre dans quelle mesure l'intégration de ces principes dans les pratiques managériales influence positivement la perception de la qualité de service par les clients et les parties prenantes. Pour répondre à cette question, une analyse approfondie de la littérature récente a été réalisée. Cette revue a fourni un cadre théorique pour les concepts d'éducation environnementale, de développement durable et de qualité de service. Les études existantes ont été examinées pour évaluer l'impact de ces pratiques sur la performance des entreprises. Les résultats obtenus offrent des perspectives intéressantes pour les entreprises souhaitant améliorer leur performance en matière de qualité de service tout en répondant aux défis environnementaux actuels. Abstract In a context of increasing a wareness of environmental issues and sustainable development, companies are increasingly confronted with the necessity of integrating these dimensions into their management strategies. This article explores the impact of environmental education and sustainable development on the improvement of service quality. The central question of this studyis to understand the extent to which the integration of these principles into managerial practices positively influences clients' and stakeholders' perception of service quality. To address this question, an in-depth literature review was conducted. This review provided a the oreticalframework for the concepts of environmental education, sustainable development, and service quality. Existing studies were examined to assess the impact of these practices on company performance. The results obtained offer interesting perspectives for companies wishing to improve their performance in terms of service quality while addressingcurrent environmental challenges.
