Abstract

Mazkur tezisda Lutfulloh Nasafiyning “Fiqhi Kaydoniy” asarining yozilish tarixi, unda shar’iy ilmlar, zamonaviy fiqhiy masalalarga oid tamoyillar bilan bir qatorda asarning batafsil tavsifi hamda uning tarkibiy qismi yoritilgandir. Islom huquqi sohasida yozilgan jamlovchi asar hisoblangan ushbu kitob hozirga qadar oʻz ahamiyatini yoʻqotmagani bilan ajralib turadi. Asarda nafaqat fiqhga doir sohalar, ibodat hamda muomalat masalalari batafsil yoritib berilgan.
