The influence of composite materials on the durability and water resistance of building structures

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the use of composite materials in building structures. An in-depth analysis of the key advantages of composites has been carried out, and their main disadvantages have been identified. The prospects of using composite materials in construction, including the development of infrastructure facilities, modular construction and the use of smart composites, are considered. The environmental advantages of composites and the need to develop a regulatory framework for their implementation are emphasized.
