CZY W NAUCE JEST JESZCZE MIEJSCE NA KULTURĘ ETYCZNĄ?

Is There Still Room for Ethical Culture in Science?
Authors: SKOROWSKI, HENRYK;

CZY W NAUCE JEST JESZCZE MIEJSCE NA KULTURĘ ETYCZNĄ?

Abstract

Keywords: ethics in science, ethical culture, science and truth, scientific dialogue, science organizer. Abstract: The author addresses key issues regarding the role of ethics in science, arguing that in today's world, science often detaches itself from ethical norms, leading to concerning phenomena such as "unscientific science" and "immoral science". He emphasizes that truth should be the foundation of scientific activity and that there is a need to create a specific ethical culture to regulate scientists' actions. The article also discusses the importance of dialogue, solidarity, and tolerance in the scientific community, as well as the relationship of science with the so-called organizer of science, who can influence its independence.

Słowa kluczowe: etyka w nauce, kultura etyczna, nauka i prawda, dialog nauko-wy, organizator nauki.
