Keefektifan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Dan Augmented Reality (AR) Terhadap Penguasaan Capaian Kompetensi Sistem Starter Untuk Siswa SMK

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media based on Android and Augmented Reality (AR), to determine its feasibility, to determine the effectiveness of media use in mastering the competency achievements of the starter system, and to determine the responses of teachers and students to the media. The research method is research and development with a 4D development model. The research results are products in the form of Android-based learning media and Augmented Reality in the form of Android cellphone applications. The feasibility assessment results from material experts were 78.03% and media experts were 91.20%, so it was declared feasible in terms of material and very feasible in terms of media. The effectiveness test results from the One-Sample t-Test show 10.355 > 2.032 (t table) so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The N-Gain test results show a value of 0.552, which is included in the criteria for moderate improvement, so this media is effective. The effectiveness results from research are the influence of the media in increasing mastery of the starter system's competency achievements. The teacher and student response instruments produced a score of 87.50% with the interpretation that the learning media application used was very good and very interesting. So it can be concluded that Android and Augmented Reality learning media are effective and are very good and very interesting media.
