The study of the management system for physical education and sports, the impartiality reflected in statistics, and the delayed arrival of regulatory documents related to this sector, especially in a world rapidly evolving with innovative technologies, have resulted in an overwhelming amount of information for leaders. It was noted that decision-making in this context, especially with regard to promoting public health, is becoming increasingly complex.
