Abstract

Ikan mas arsik adalah satu makanan khas batak toba yang memiliki arti dalam bahasa batak “dekke na niarsik” yang artinya “dekke” adalah ikan “na niarsik” adalah “di marsik kan” atau di keringkan. Sesuai dengan makna nya ikan ini di masak dengan cara dimasak terus menerus hingga kandungan air dan bumbu nya meresap ke danging ikan mas tersebut.
