Abstract

Base de datos sobre características clínico-epidemiológicas de pacientes con diagnóstico de neumonía grave adquirida en la comunidad, estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal realizado en 107 pacientes con neumonía grave adquirida en la comunidad, entre enero 2021 a diciembre de 2023, atendidos en la UCI y UCIE del Hospital General Docente Orlando Pantoja Tamayo, Granma, Cuba. Las variables utilizadas para dar salida al objetivo de investigación fueron: sexo, posición hipostática, antecedentes patológicos personales (APP), disfunción múltiple de órganos (DMO), sepsis, drogas vasoactivas-inotrópicas positivas, llene capilar lento (>3 s), gradiente térmico, infiltrado multilobar, estado al egreso (fallecido, vivo), edad, índice de masa corporal (IMC), duración de la VI, tiempo de inicio de los síntomas hasta inicio de la VI, frecuencia cardíaca (FC), frecuencia respiratoria (FR), tensión arterial sistólica (TAS), tensión arterial diastólica (TAD), tensión arterial media (TAM) y temperatura corporal.
