Abstract

Lord prof PhD PhD Momtchil Dobrev-Halachev and Prof. Mariola Garibova-DObreva developed 2006 "Theory and practice of mastering / colonization of a country/union of countries by neoliberal corporatist mobi-fascism" "Theory of degree of democracy" and "Theory of degree of justice/injustice/" based on their practice in court, prosecutor's office, state. Since 2003, Prof. Momchil Dobrev has been creating the Theory of Corruption, "Theory of the Mafia, "Theory of Mafiaism", "Financial Banking Resource Technological Mafiosoted Materialism" and based on their practice they prove that in Bulgaria there is rule of law and that the Mafia rules as the court , the prosecutor's office, the state in Bulgaria. Prince Lord Prof. Momchil Dobrev in connection with his fight with this mafia even after 10 attempts to kill him and his family since 2011, will continue to fight this mafia In 2006 Prof. Momchil Dobrev and Prof. Mariola Garibova - Dobreva create "Theory and Practice of Creating and Managing Fear". Prof. Momchil Dobrev and Prof. Mariola Garibova-Dobreva created 2006 and the scheme of the Tunnel Centrifuge Spiral 2010 “Financially banking resource-based technological mafia-driven materialism” as a based principle materialismus since more than 17 century.08 “Theory of generating of crises " , 2010 "Theory and practice of the Mafiotismus" and 2001 "Theory of the mafia".
