Predictive modeling in healthcare has revolutionized hospital operations by enabling proactive patient management and optimizing resource allocation. This study synthesizes insights from interviews conducted across three hospital case studies to examine the impact of predictive modeling on patient outcomes, resource efficiency, and healthcare delivery.
