Choosing an Academic Publication Venue: A Short Guide for Beginners

Abstract

A short guide for early career researchers providing recommendations on how to identify venues where to submit work for publication. It clarifies the difference between various publication venues (i.e. journals, conferences, etc.), and gives pointers on how to identify suitable ones.
