Abstract

The report lists the expected features and service interface points of the new components to be developed. It does so by considering the current state of the EurOBIS database system and workflow, as well as the overall planned architecture described in the D4.1 whitepaper. The target is to be a development guide as well as providing a concise description of the new services the LOD and LDES publications of EurOBIS will provide.
