The StandICT.eu Standards Training Academy hosted webinar diving into China's standardisation strategies in ICT on 30 Sept 2024 from 11:00 to 12:30 CEST (16:00 – 17:30 China Standard Time). The webinar aimed to highlight China's ICT standardisation strategies and activities in general, followed by a closer look at its activities in ICT. Among the disucssion topics were the opportunities and challenges China, and its actors face in international standardisation. Then, the focus shifted to elaborating on the implications for the EU before we trying identify opportunities for further collaboration and joining forces for reciprocal benefits and address global challenges.
