Fore wings of honey bees (Apis mellifera) from Tabasco, Mexico

Abstract

The data set consists of 2951 images of the right fore wing of Apis mellifera workers, representing 245 colonies and 33 locations in Tabasco, Mexico. The images have been compressed into a single file MX-wing-images.zip. The raw coordinates of 19 landmarks marked on the wings are provided in a file MX-raw-coordinates.csv. Additionally, the dataset includes geographic coordinates in a file MX-data.csv.
