Authors: DZIERŻAN, ANNA;

RODZIC TERAPEUTĄ DZIECKA AUTYSTYCZNEGO

Abstract

Streszczenie: W artykule pokazano wyzwania, jakie stoją przed rodzicami dzieci ze spektrum autyzmu. Na rodzicach dzieci autystycznych spoczywa wielka odpowiedzial-ność: pozyskanie możliwie najlepszych terapeutów, zdobycie wiedzy i umiejętności umożliwiających prowadzenie samodzielnej terapii oraz doskonalenie własnych kom-petencji w przygotowaniu posiłków dziecku ze spektrum. Wcześnie dokonana prawi-dłowa diagnoza trudnych, niezrozumiałych zachowań prowadzi do opracowania moż-liwie najlepszych wskazań do działań terapeutycznych.

Abstract: The article demonstrates the challenges faced by parents of children on the autism spectrum. Parents of children with autism bear a significant obligation to employ the most proficient therapists, acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to conduct autonomous therapy, and enhance their proficiency in preparing meals for children with a spectrum disorder. Early and accurate diagnosis of complex and incomprehensible behaviors leads to the creation of optimal recommendations for therapeutic interventions. Parents prepared for therapeutic work should conduct activities, observe the child, and prepare the right conditions for the child's develop-ment. Spending time with the child also means eating meals together, an important aspect in development in terms of everyday functioning and dietary design. A parent who desires the outcome of a happy, autonomously coping in life beloved offspring should exert a significant amount of effort in everyday activities for their child.Keywords: autism spectrum, diagnosis, therapy, therapist, activities with a child, child development, diet of a child with autism.
