Agile project management has rapidly emerged as a key methodology for managing complex business projects, emphasizing adaptability, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of Agile methodologies on organizational efficiency across various industries. Using a qualitative approach, data were gathered through literature reviews, case studies, and interviews with professionals experienced in Agile practices. The results showed that 70% of organizations reported improved team performance after adopting Agile, with a 35% increase in team collaboration and a 25% reduction in time-to-market. However, challenges such as resistance to change (impacting 70% of businesses) and the scarcity of skilled practitioners (39% availability) were noted. The study concludes that while Agile significantly enhances organizational responsiveness and innovation, successful implementation requires strategic planning and continuous training.
