Abstract

Colombia. Mercado Laboral. Servicio Público de Empleo. Oferentes de Fuerza de Trabajo. Basado en serviciodeempleo.gov.co. Regresiones Lineales. 2015 a 2022 es el conjunto de modelos estadísticos a nivel departamental de la ofertade fuerza de trabajo. Para los 34 departamantos, la cantidad de ofertas se modelan por: Área de Conocimiento, Áreas ocupacionales, Estado Civil, Experiencia ocupacional , Grupos de edad, Nivel educativo ofrecidos. Los cálculos se basan en la información pública disponible en www, serviciodeempleo.gov.co Estas bases se construyeron dentro del proyecto de investigación sin recursos financieros "FORMACIÓN EN INVESTIGACIÓN: INGENIERÍA DE PRODUCCIÓN Y TECNOLOGÍA INDUSTRIAL" de la Facultad Tecnológica de la Universidad Distrital "Francisco José de Caldas"
