The University of South Bohemia signed the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment in June 2023. The main reason for making this critical step is our valuation of a positive research culture that recognises and rewards quality in all its aspects, promotes research integrity, and supports the career development of all staff involved in research, the assets that we also highlight in our recently issued USB Research Strategy. This document is our first version of the Action Plan in line with Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment and CoARA.
