ROTEIRIZAÇÃO: SOFTWARE ROUTESEQ PARA OTIMIZAÇÃO DA LOGÍSTICA DE TRANSPORTES

Abstract

This study aimed to study the effectiveness of the ROUTESEQ logistic tool in a case of a traveling salesman of an employee of an organization in Santos-SP, training, with this, to demonstrate that the optimal route provided by this resource can result in a better logistics strategy in the area of parcel delivery, as it allows for the reduction of operating costs. To this end, a case study was carried out in an organization in the road transport sector, in which a collaborator was chosen, and the route of parcels covered in May 2021 was used for the study. of the ROUTESEQ tool presents itself as effective in minimizing operating costs, considering that it offers a planning and schedule for deliveries that optimize the delivery time of orders, allowing them to be carried out at the correct time.

O presente artigo teve como objetivo estudar a eficácia da ferramenta logística ROUTESEQ em um caso de Caixeiro Viajante de um colaborador de uma organização de Santos-SP, visando-se, com isso, demonstrar que a rota disponibilizada por este recurso pode proporcionar uma melhor estratégia logística na área de entrega de encomendas, por viabilizar a redução dos custos operacionais. Para tal, realizou-se um estudo de caso em uma organização do ramo de entrega de encomendas. Concluiu-se ao final a utilização da ferramenta ROUTSEQ apresenta-se como eficaz para a minimização dos custos operacionais, tendo em vista que proporciona um planejamento e cronograma para as entregas que otimizam a na distribuição das encomendas, permitindo que estas sejam realizadas no tempo correto.
