Abstract

El Ministerio de Educación cubano ha considerado a la gestión de la actividad científica educacional como aspecto esencial del Tercer Perfeccionamiento Educacional que se implementa en el país desde el año 2023, estableciendo como prioridad a la gestión del conocimiento como un elemento decisivo para elevar la calidad de la educación. Esto conlleva a la necesidad de caracterizar esta nueva etapa como: perfeccionamiento de la gestión de la actividad científica educacional desde 2009 hasta la actualidad, atendiendo a la sistematización de las bases y los fundamentos teóricos y prácticos y a la búsqueda de soluciones por la vía científica mediante la aplicación de la innovación. El estudio se realizó con la aplicación de métodos teóricos como el histórico lógico, analítico sintético e inductivo deductivo y del empírico la revisión bibliográfica y documental y la observación.

The Cuban Ministry of Education has considered the management of educational scientific activity as an essential aspect of the Third Educational Improvement that has been implemented in the country since 2023, establishing knowledge management as a priority as a decisive element to raise the quality of The education. This leads to the need to characterize this new stage as: improvement of the management of educational scientific activity from 2009 to the present, taking into account the systematization of the theoretical and practical bases and foundations and the search for solutions through scientific means through the application of innovation. The study was carried out with the application of theoretical methods such as historical-logical, synthetic analytical and inductive-deductive and empirical methods, bibliographic and documentary review and observation.
