Streszczenie:W artykule zostały przedstawione definicje samobójstw, typologie samobójstw oraz przyczyny popełniania samobójstw wśród nastolatków. Abstract: The article presents definitions of suicide, typologies of suicide and the causes of suicide among teenagers. Statistical data on committing suicide among adolescents in the years 2019-2023 were also presented and reference was made to preventive measures to prevent suicide.Keywords: suicide, adolescent suicide, adolescence, prevention, suicidology
