Xorazm viloyati sharoitida Zo'g'ora baliq (Syrinus carpio)ni ko'paytirishning samarali usullari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Xorazm viloyati sharoitida zog‘ora baliq boqish va ko‘paytirishning samarali usullari haqida ma’lumotlar bayon qilingan. Maqolaga Xorazm baliq klasteri MChJ naslchilik bo‘limi laborotoriyasida olib borilgan tajribalarning natijalari asos qilib olingan. Tajribada zog‘ora baliqlarning 3-5 yoshda, uzunligi 72-80 sm, og‘irligi 6-8 kg kattalikdagi zotlardan sperma va ovuldiriq olingan sperma va ikra toza idishga solib yumshoq predmet (qush pati) bilan aralashtiriladi. Natijada bir necha soat davomida urug‘ hujayra bilan tuxum hujayra qo‘shilib urug‘lanish jarayoni sodir bo‘ladi va zigota hosil bo‘ladi. Zigotalar baliqlar uchun lichinka chiqaradigan apparat (Amur, IVA-200) ga solinadi. Zigotalar 7-14 kun davomida lichinkalarga aylanadi.
