Abstract

Favqulotda vaziyatlar sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan xodimlar ko'pincha yuqori darajadagi stress va emotsional yuklarga duch kelishadi. Ular qutqaruv, xavfsizlik, va tibbiy yordam kabi muhim vazifalarni bajarishlari bilan birga, ko'plab murakkab va xavfli vaziyatlarga duch kelishadi. Bu maqolada, favqulotda vaziyatlarda ishlaydigan xodimlarga psixologik yordam ko'rsatishning ijtimoiy-psixologik mexanizmlarini chuqurroq tahlil qilamiz va ushbu mexanizmlarning samaradorligini oshirish yo'llarini ko'rib chiqamiz.
