
This is the portable version of the AI-based platform/application from Thuenen Institute of Sea Fisheries that allows the use of Mask R-CNN and U-Net to perform automated fish age reading. In addition, the use of advanced concepts such as tranfer learning, ensemble learning and continual learning is also made accessible. Lastly, a set of useful annotation tools is also included such as simplified brush toolkit (based from VIA) along with the possibility of using existing AI models to assist in the ground-truth labeling process.
