Desktop Analysis of the Outcomes of EU Youth Dialogue Cycles 1-10

This research is a desktop review of the extent to which EU Youth Conference recommendations have had an impact on the Resolutions and Conclusion on youth adopted by the Council of the EU through the EU Youth Working Party (hereafter ‘Council texts’). It covers the 10 cycles of the dialogue which have taken place to date, during which 30 EUYCs occurred producing 26 sets of conference recommendations between them. The review is based upon identifying the influence of these EUYC recommendations on the 56 Council texts which have been, or are due to be, adopted during the same period.
