Abstract

O Brasil possui uma diversificada rede de sistemas de transporte, que contribui com o desenvolvimento econômico e com a integração do país, os modais de transporte aéreo, aquaiário, ferroviário e rodoviário se complementam, permtindo o escoamento de produtos entre as regiões. Cada um desses modais apresentam vantagens e desvantagens, sendo possível escolher o mais rentavel conforme as necessidades.O modal de transporte rodoviário tem grande destaque na matriz de transporte brasileir, com importante contribuição para o crescimento do país e em seu desenvolvimento econômico. No entanto, possui alguns problemas que prejudicam o desenvolvimento, fazendo-se necessário investimentos que otimizem as condições das malhas rodoviárias.Logo o artigo tem por objetivo analisar a importância de normas, diretrizes e fiscalizações para que que mantenham a ordem, o condicionamento, o bom estado das vias e alem da segurança para os utilizadores que por essas estradas trafegam.

Brazil has a diversified network of transport systems, which contributes to the economic development and integration of the country, the modes of air, water, rail and road transport complement each other, allowing the flow of products between regions. Each of these modes has advantages and disadvantages, and it is possible to choose the most profitable one according to your needs.The road transport modal has great prominence in the Brazilian transport matrix, with an important contribution to the country's growth and its economic development. However, it has some problems that hamper development, making it necessary to invest in optimizing the conditions of road networks.Therefore, the article aims to analyze the importance of norms, guidelines and inspections so that they maintain order, conditioning, the good condition of the roads and in addition to safety for users who travel on these roads.
