Abstract

This dataset contains detailed records of patients diagnosed with febrile diseases, collected as part of a research project funded by the New Frontier Research Fund under grant number NFRFE-2019-01365. The dataset includes comprehensive patient data such as symptoms, risk factors, suspected diagnosis, further investigation, and confirmed diagnoses, specifically focusing on various febrile conditions.
