Abstract

Las privatizaciones son un tema central en la geopolítica latinoamericana, como estrategia de control y poder sobre los países subdesarrollados. Su creciente influencia ha abarcado procesos neoliberales desde la década de 1980, analizando documentos con el propósito de extraer, examinar, criticar, discriminar fuentes gubernamentales que contienen datos sobre concesiones y privatizaciones de infraestructura y sistemas de ingeniería que fueron construidos y desarrollados con inversión estatal, como los ferrocarriles. , hidroeléctricas, hidrovías, aeropuertos, ferrocarriles, extracción minera, entre otros, durante la industrialización en América se produjo la gran expansión económica, urbana e industrial y grandes consorcios capitalistas aprovecharon esto para privatizar empresas estatales, lo que impacta la división técnica, social y territorial del trabajo, espacios ocupados por grupos con poder, manteniendo el control sobre los sistemas de ingeniería que influyen y racionalizan el territorio dentro de la geografía económica global, dando forma a las interacciones entre economías e influyendo en las relaciones comerciales, las inversiones y los flujos de conocimiento que afectan significativa y directamente y negativamente para las poblaciones más vulnerables.
