Abstract

The zipped folder contains the abundance matrices for the three main and the single-nuclei supplement figures as well as genomes and annotations for figure 1 in “Long-read sequencing transcriptome quantification with lr-kallisto” for easier reproducibility of the figures without installing and running all softwares, since some of the softwares take > 24 hours to run on the larger datasets.
