RDM professionals, such as data stewards, research data managers and data curators, play a key role in realizing the goals of FAIR data and Open Science – and are thereby Agents of Change. This workshop will help RDM professionals to be able to clearly define and communicate your role analyse your stakeholder network and set goals collaboratively evaluate the impact of planned changes and create an action plan apply stress management techniques and learn how to stay healthy and motivated# network with colleagues and build a support network In addition to existing programs such as Train the Trainer or technical training courses, this workshop fills a thematic gap with topics perceived as highly relevant by the data stewards and other RDM professionals surveyed in preparation of this course. This relevance is also reflected in current European initiatives (e.g. Minimal Viable Skillset for Data Stewards).
