Abstract

FIGURE 1. Phylogenetic tree inferred from a maximum likelihood analysis based on LSU sequences of 26 strains representing the species of Dictyosporella and their related species. The RAxML bootstrap support values (MLBS)> 75 and Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP)> 0.90 are given on the nodes (MLBS/BPP). The tree is rooted to Dothidea berberidis (CBS 187.58). The type strains were marked with a "T".
