Abstract

Was ist diese Landkarte und wozu verwendet man sie? Die Landkarte "Befähigungsorientierter Förderzyklus" wurde von der HfH und PHZH entwickelt. Sie gibt einen Überblick und bietet Orientierung zum Förderprozess für Schüler:innen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen unter Berücksichtigung des Bildungsauftrags gemäss Lehrplan 21. Visualisiert sind die Prozessphasen und - ebenen sowie die dazugehörigen Prozessschritte. Für jeden Prozessschritt wird das jeweilige Ziel sowie wichtige Informationen zu "Good Practice" beschrieben. Schulteams, Lehr- und Fachpersonen können so ihre aktuelle Praxis überprüfen und Optimierungsideen entwickeln.
