Abstract

This release contains scripts by @adriennekeller to wrangle data, perform statistical analyses, and create figures associated with the following published manuscript: Keller et al. 2024 Ecological Applications "Tree diversity across the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Area in relation to climate and social vulnerability". A spreadsheet template for urban tree inventory data collection is also available for download. A shiny web app is included for visualizing, mapping, and downloading the tree inventory data (@alfalimajuliett). This project is developed and maintained as part of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Long Term Ecological Research (MSP LTER) program.
