This species is similar to A. pulla and A. angulata due to its golden yellow vibrissa. However, it can be distinguished from both by its bilobate hypopygial prominence (Fig. 5), while A. pulla and A. angulata have the hypopygial prominence knoblike (e. g. Fig. 4). Distribution. Lesotho (new record), South Africa.
